The wash domain of Shahari Va Gramin Vikas Bahuddeshiya Sanstha (SGVBS) Encompasses anumber of initiatives including adopting community led approaches focusing on collaborativebehaviors to drive change at school/ Anganwadi centers (AWC) /household level leading to anincrease in the number of OPEN DEFECATION FREE (ODF) villages/slums; and concertedefforts to ensure girls have access to wash facilities at AWC/schools resulting in reducedabsenteeism and dropout rates of girls.
